I normally wouldn't say anything but I pray no one ends up in this same situation. Everyone deserves a right to their tax refund without being taken advantage of... Rita charged us more than than she said it would be, the IRS came after us for more money on top of what we already owed and she wanted even more money for an amendment (claiming it was a discounted price) even after we told her we might be missing some items.
