This employee named “Ryan”firmly REFUSED to make my order, first claiming “I’m not an ice cream maker” then when I kindly insisted she claimed that “we don’t have that flavor today” So which one is it? The flavor I requested was the hot cocoa (hot chocolate). I have always have it made to order when not on the “today’s flavor “ list. At other visits here I’ve been assured that flavor is always available, they just have to make it and it take less than 15 minutes. Love love love Ritas! I worked for one in pa back in the early 2000s. Moved to Missouri and missed it terribly. So glad it's still made the same way. Smoothly made Italian ice and thick creamy custard. There is nothing else like it!
