This doesn't even deserve a star at all! I paid for my best friend to have flowers at his moms funeral and they never showed up!!! What kind of low life people could do such an evil thing to anyone? Needless to say we never got them and I was the only one that had flowers from her son. Quite pathetic! I wish someone would find these people!! Also you cant get a refund because they are scamming you for $!

They canceled my Mother's Day order for my mother in law the day that they were supposed to be delivered, without so much as a phone call or email, and now are refusing to answer me! They won't answer my emails, they won't pick up the phone when I call and they won't return my voicemails. Sounds like my next step is the Better Business Bureau, since they don't want to care for their customers directly. If zero stars was an option, that's what they would receive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Order never arrived. Can't get a hold of anyone there to discuss order. In process of disputing charge with my bank. Do not use these scam artists.

Rita's Flowers in Solvang is a wonderful place to purchase all different types of floral arrangements for all occasions! Rita & Breanna are extremely efficient and professional at what they do. **Please do NOT get this company mixed up with the flower delivery service called "Rita's Florist". They are an online flower delivery service that has apparently ticked a lot of people off.**
