New Burlington MA location, during lunch at 12:30, both workers outside smoking so nobody at the register. Food sitting under a barely warm heatlamp for who knows how long. Quesadilla and fries very disappointing, cold. It really would have been good if it were fresh too. Was excited for this place, heard good things about Rita's, but they don't seem to be making much of an effort here, and first few months will make or break a place. Too bad.

Waltham location just replaced Rebecca’s Cafe not even two months ago. Today I go get lunch at 11:20AM (there are two of us there waiting to be served), the sandwich guy is behind the counter and says “we don’t start serving until 11:30AM” REALLY? Rebecca’s staff would not have done that (not for 10 minutes)!!! Not a good way to start a relationship folks. Will not be going there anymore and discouraging folks from doing so as well.

Rita’s is top notch catering. Their staff is second to none. Top quality food, reasonably priced. Great presentation for any event.
