Rob at Rita’s Italian Ice made our Sunday. I stopped in looking for help, and Rob went above and beyond, he really listened to what I needed and came up with a creative solution that made everything even better. Rob is really kind, attentive, and just great customer service all around. You can tell he genuinely cares about people having a good experience.
I walked in, was not greeted and spoke first. Still no response from the 2 ladies when I spoke twice, I read their name tags as Ally and Hailey. I just wanted an ice cream cone. It’s such a disappointment for Rita’s to be represented by individuals that can’t even speak to customers when they walk in and give good customer service. But when a white family walked in, Ally was happy and ready to serve them expeditiously. The black lady, didn’t get her name is the one that served me in the end.
