I walked in, was not greeted and spoke first. Still no response from the 2 ladies when I spoke twice, I read their name tags as Ally and Hailey. I just wanted an ice cream cone. It’s such a disappointment for Rita’s to be represented by individuals that can’t even speak to customers when they walk in and give good customer service. But when a white family walked in, Ally was happy and ready to serve them expeditiously. The black lady, didn’t get her name is the one that served me in the end.
Great flavors and great location

I just bought ice cream with my little one and the service was amazing! The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. It wasn’t too crowded and the frozen custard was absolutely delicious! It’s not everyday when you meet such nice folks.
