This is a dirty and horrible company. The Team Management Staff said Ritan Property Group was incompetent. Team Management is the HOA for MWest
Ritan managed my property for a little over a year and I would recommend them and also would not hesitate to use their services again. I must say I don't understand the source of some of the bad reviews, as I had a great experience working with their team, and as I also had direct contact with our tenants, I believe the tenants also had a great experience working with Ritan. I started renting a house managed by Ritan Property Group about a year ago and have been a wonderful experience. They keep the property in good shape plus they call me back fast if I have any question. A guy on their staff Darius Jackson has been great to talk to as he is really smart and super nice.
