South Bend Clinid is literally broken. My mother has been in the hospital 3 xtra days because her doctor or nurse practitioner will not call back. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to get someone to respond. Horrible!!!!
Professional staff was courteous and I was seen on time. Dr. Schmid always takes time with me and answered all of my concerns!
Dr. Schmid has served me well for the last several yrs. She’s calm and caring. Her skill at taking notes on her laptop while looking directly at me is commendable. I have confidence in her opinion.
