Third time in a row coming here and no custard. Its literally the name. Unacceptable. Will probably end up like the other locations and close soon for good. Tired of wasting thirty minutes each time to be disappointed. Nobody wants ice with no custard..just close the doors and save us the hassle. Shame on you.
Their website hours are not accurate. Two times I've gone in and they have been closed well before the hours on their website. A worker even told me "oh sorry summer hours are 10 and then we close at 9 in fall." It was 7:53pm at the time she said it. Wish the owners of this place would actually show accurate hours and save me the 30 minute round trip if they are closed.

One star because the young worker with the dirty pajamas seemed either high or too challenged to comprehend my simple order and had an attitude at that, she had me waiting at the counter because she forgot I ordered the shake. The icy is great but service was very horrible tonight.
