Rita was awesome to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, kept us up to date through out the process and handled the sale of our home in a courteous and professional manner!
Rita is just simply a treasure. Our old farm house was listed in the perfect price range, at the perfect time, and sold within the first three showings. We had some pretty demanding requirements for the sale and Rita was understanding, but more importantly, a goalie between the buyers and their agent. Maybe, just maybe, we had to field two calls after the home inspection and all was set in stone. We never once thought about any aspects relating to the sale as Rita had our backs the entire process. She's a gem.
Ms. Levine personally assisted me in finding a home. Even tho it was a bit out of her locale, she was superb in getting answers to all my questions and some I hadn't even realized I needed to ask. I was looking for a rental in the same school district I was already in and Rita and her team very promply gave me a list of available rentals. I was able to look at one the very next day. I decided to take the first one after checking out a few others. The leasing process went very smoothly and everything was explained to me. My husband and I were selling our home and renting until a final move out of state. We believed Rita had our home sold in Sept of 2014 and procured a rental, without ANY assistance from Rita, for $800 per month without the requirement of first, last and a month security deposits. At the end of November, just prior to the appointed appraisal, we were informed that the buyer wasn't qualified and the bank canceled the appointment. The buyer however, still wanted our home.
