Dr Kaplon was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely considerate. She had plenty of time to listen to me, and offered advice and a plan for my physical concerns.
I've seen several doctors during my pregnancy appointments during this amazing service called centering. I get to meet the nurses and doctors who are all available for delivery. I also get to meet with other parents at the same stage of pregnancy as a support group. I have NEVER had a problem when going to laurel. I wish they could be my primary care team because they are all amazing.
Such a compasionate and knowledgeble health provider! She takes time to talk to her patients and is clear in her explanations. Additionally, the office takes good care of channeling prescriptions to the pharmacy and other follow up matters. I am very satisfied with this provider!
Dr. Kaplon and all the staff at Laurel are very professional and very friendly. They have always treated me with the highest quality of care and I trust them.
