Dr. Kachru is a wonderful doctor, the best combination of patient care and cutting edge knowledge/research. My child has seen her since first allergic reaction as a baby, we followed her to UCLA. Dr. kachru is amazing. I understand someone's frustration with scheduling but that's not the doctors fault nor justifies giving her a poor star rating. The real truth is she truly cares and takes a real interest in her patients and that means she is in demand. And I am sorry one of the reviewers was so let down by scheduling misinformation which I would have been so disappointed by as well. Dr. Kachru is an amazing allergist/immunologist. She is empathetic, compassionate, competent, professional and has great bedside manners. If you want an amazing Dr. who really cares about the wellbeing of her patients and will do anything it takes to help them feel better.
