I went here for Eyebrows threading and full face waxing on 02/18. Eyebrows were done good but the lady has burnt 4-5 spots around my lips. When I tried to convey the same over the phone the owner/employee just blames my skin quoting that my skin is sensitive. As a person who has been doing face waxing for years I have never experienced burns on my face. We all know that mistakes happens please do learn to accept your mistakes when review is given instead of blaming customers.

Bhagyasory/B, was amazing, She listened to my concerns and requests. I initially only wanted to get my eyebrows done, but after seeing how well my eyebrows were done, I requested to have my upper lips as well. The environment was clean and relaxing. I loved my experience.

i’ve been coming to rita for years, even when i lived in chicago & would be visiting. she’s amazing & so is her staff! they’re busy & booked so recommend making appointments, but either way they will accommodate you and get you in quick!:)

Rita’s is my favorite they are so nice and welcoming! I recommend them to everyone, all of their technicians are nice, my favorite is Bhagyasory she is so gentle and makes my brows look perfect. She cares about my skin and she’s really good at everything she does. It’s my favorite place to go because of her. 💕

I cannot recommend Rita’s enough! I have been a few times and all of the technicians are awesome. The brow threading is super quick and the results are always flawless❤️ Always makes me feel more beautiful. Thank you!!!
