I've spoken to United Concordia, and they have nothing submitted from the claim that was supposedly sent, yet I’ve received two statements. One stating I would be sent a reimbursement check thru my insurance provider, and another where they didn’t have the information to submit the claim- which was my fault, due to not having the card physically in my hands. Most laid back dentist office I've ever been to! I've always hated getting dental work, so I got some nitrous during my treatment, which made it unbelievably relaxing and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend
After dealing with a partial for over 30 years, I decided to do implants and crowns. Dr Tempel’s attention to detail through that process was phenomenal! She made sure they fit perfectly and matched my other teeth. Best decision ever and so wish I would have done it sooner!
The office goes beyond when it comes to quality of care. I saw two different hygienist and both were so in depth and thorough. They explained everything with great detail and confidence. Dr Tempel was kind and knowledgeable and gave me the best options for further treatment. I also had to get a deep cleaning and my mouth didn't even hurt afterward! I had a filling replaced that was causing pain and i can finally chew on it again! I would recommend this office to everyone!
