I have used Dr. Sharma for several years and can honestly say she is the worsthealth care provider I’ve ever known. She has a horrible bedside manner; is rude, abrupt,accusatory. She is very demeaning and lacks compassion, sensitivity and insight vital incaring for her patients. In addition, she is very curt and rarely has direct eye contact. I havenever seen her smile. Dr. Sharma was only concerned about my weight. My high blood pressure was never addressed when I was at her office several times. This pcp did not want to do fmla paperwork, even in emergency circumstances concerning mental health. Dr. Sharma was very insensitive, she had a nasty attitude and a cold demeanor. I immediately found a new pcp and I'm much better off now.
It was my first visit and I thought I would have at least a warm welcome. I am also new to the country and she knows it. She was cold. She wanted to do a glucose fasting test and when I told her that I was not informed to fast, she was not impressed. Sulky and just had her head in her computer as she spoke, like she was talking to the computer. No proper communication skills. Did not care to get any background knowledge. Rita Sharma is the worst PCP I have ever been to. She is not at all pleasant to interact with. I tried smiling and being light-hearted with her upon our first meeting, and she just gave off cold vibes like she wanted to be literally anywhere else. I thought maybe she was just having an off day, but as time went on, that just seemed to be who she is. Horrible bedside manner. After a canceled appointment due to covid exposure dropped me as a patient and charged for a missing appointment.
Rush in, rush out. Scheduling errors. Tried to book a physical, had three visits in three months. Fails to return test results. Not very cooperative.
I was a new patient of Dr. Sharma's today. I thought she was friendly and seemed thorough. I originally had wanted to see a different doctor, but she was booked for months out, so I went with Dr. Sharma. I see no great reason to not see her again, especially considering that I am a pretty "simple" patient. I may just stick with her. No complaints.
very dry, talks down to you, not very thorough, seems like she does not enjoy doing her job
