Picolinos is always excellent. We had excellent service, our server was polite and engaging. The meal was delicious. The outdoor seating was perfect.
We had purchased a Picolinos gift certificate at a school auction at full price. I had heard good reviews of Picolinos and it was near our old house. Unfortunately, there was an expiration date on the certificate and it was after that date. But we thought we would try the restaurant anyway and hope that they would honor the certificate as most restaurants do. The food was fine.
