Well kept secret on DI!! Nice atmosphere and great service!
Just the best! Started with Valet parking, then a perfect Pinot Noir, then shared six appetizers among the four of us! Caprese, mussels. Shrimp. Meatballs and pasta at happy hour portions/pricing made for a perfect early dinner! Service was attentive, bar was full, yet we could hold normal conversation! We'll be back!
Love the manager and love the chef! Food is always amazing. I love the mussels carrettiera, caprese salad, parmesan shrimp, Veal Marsala, Veal Short Ribs, and the desserts. They are always amazing! It is the only restaurant where I've been served Moretti LaRosa on tap! I take my friends and all of my guests here. I had my staff Christmas party here as well. Everyone loved it!
We made reservations (which were really not needed) because it was my husband's birthday & a few days from our anniversary (which we mentioned when making the reservations), but there was no acknowledgement of the occasion at all. Should have believed the reviews from other northerners that this is not true Italian. Overcooked pasta and sauce that I swear was just like a brand I picked up at the grocery store once & did not purchase again.
