We picked up dinner from Ristorante Fabio last night. Another delicious meal.....we started with the stracciatella soup, which was a special. It's an Italian egg drop soup. It was delicious. We ordered the manicotti and spaghetti carbonara, which was another special. Both were outstanding! Salads came with both meals. For dessert we preordered the salted caramel panna cotta! From the moment we walked in this restaurant, we immediately felt a sense of comfort, and just knew we were in for a wonderful meal. Fabio’s was highly recommended by several people during our visit to Fort Meyers, and we were BLOWN AWAY!! The food was absolutely delicious!! Fresh, great portions, and beautifully presented. I recommend everything! Fabio’s is owned & operated by a wonderful family. Our server, Jaclyn was great. Very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We never wanted for anything. Her father (I never got his name) made me the best white sangria ever! Told me all about the special armarena cherries in it. We chatted a little with Jaclyns sister, Jessie.
