I called for a lockout got a great price also they came quick what a 5 star company keep up the great work
I had my truck towed twice by Risoldis and each time I had the same driver and he was awesome he even told me the company needed help with drivers and I went and applied that being said I’d recommend Risoldis before anyone else
RecommendedGood people, I pretty much grew up with Michael and his family. I would definitely recommend doing business him if you are in need of his service's.
Called my insurance company for a tow. Told the wait would be under 70 minutes. Waited 3 hours and the driver was not even apologetic. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
Heading to dinner and got a flat. Called for Ford roadside assistance and within 5 mins we got a call from the tow driver and he was changing out the tire 15 mins later. Kyle was professional and fast!! We we on the road less than an hour from our call to Ford. Risoldis is lucky to have Kyle on the road for them!!
I had to get my car towed a couple days, and it seemed like a start of a crappy day, but Risoldis Automotive made it better. I believe the driver's name was Ryan. He arrived earlier than I expected, and he was just very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this company!
Broke down tonight called for a tow @6:45 and just now got home. The original tow company bms towing and recovery were dispatched from my tow service and never showed up after 2 hr wait then I have them a call said1. 1/2 hr longer then I called my tow services asked how long do I have to wait @ 11 pm and finally found out a different tow company were dispatched. Had an excellent experience this morning with towing my car. The tow truck operator, Rob, showed up exactly within a small window of time scheduled with my roadside assistance the day prior when to pick up my car and have it towed just over 25 miles from my home to my family mechanic. Had a pleasant morning trip and conversation on the ride. Treated my car with care but was quick and courteous. Thank you so much!
