Their staff, claim managers and complains department are a joke. Apply apply non reply kind of a company. Unnecessary questions are raised everytime contacted. Aboslute joke and managing claims for a dodgy company Airtasker that does not have direct phone contact details in Australia, engages with trades without checking proper insrances in place or not. Stay very far away from Risksmart and Airtasker.

Fake company that is contracted by airtasker to handle their warranty claims. Initial email from Alina Gulesserian was sent back in June 2025. After numerous emails requesting an update, there has been no response whatsoever. Their phone number also just rings through each time. What a joke.
