We are currently having a tree removed by Risk Tree service, and have to dispute the comment about the unprofessionalism described by our neighbor. First, Risk honored a quote that was 9 months old. In fact, they honored that price after Hurricane Zeta when all other tree companies were outrageous and gouging customers. They worked us into their schedule, even though they have a contract with the City of Kenner and were cleaning up hurricane tree damage. This company has Dangerous and reckless behavior on job sites. Focusing on shortcuts and taking too large of pieces down a ton at a time causing broken glasses and pics to shake down from walls of neighboring homes - and then laughing about it when you complain is not acceptable! They need seizmic meter proof at job sites and better neighborhood courtesy practices at the very least and a new staff of more competent heavy equipment operators and foreman w finesse ! we will be formally complaining to license board and insuranc... read more
