My family has been using this clinic for almost a decade but now cannot because you don't accept any of the available insurance plans offered to military retirees. Very sad.
I’m highly upset. I called multiple times today and received no answer!! I then called vision care next door and was transferred to customer service and was told to call back at 2pm because they were on break until that time. I call exactly at that time and received no answer again! I wait a couple more minutes and finally get an answer. They woman says my appointment was at 2pm it was literally 2:05pm (i have the time stamp in my call log). Dr Chavis and Dr. Hendrix are amazing Optometrist. Tina is always helpful. The technician ( Carly )has a short fuse with kids. Patience is a virtue at work. Some people apparently need a class. My experience was a negative 3 star with her but a +5 for Dr. Chavis.

I would not take my dog to be seen there. Dr. Hendricks prescribed me medication for my eyes and told me to return in 2 to 3 weeks. I went to the receptionist, spoke about my next appointment, and paid the high co-pay. I called back to make the appointment. The receptionist, dana, gave me a hard time because I wanted to make an appointment one day before the two-week mark.
