Everyone was so nice and sweet 😊
Received a prescription from this office a few years ago and inquired about getting a copy (which is required in order to renew an expired prescription). The woman who answered was unfriendly and uncooperative, refusing to send me a copy, which is highly illegal. I would not recommend this office for any service.
My experience here was okay. I would give them a 5 star but the wait time to receive your glasses is ridiculous specially when you depend on your glasses to be able to see. I didn’t know it would take 14 weeks to receive my glasses. I probably should’ve asked before going through with the process then I would’ve knew to go somewhere else instead. I’m still waiting to receive my glasses unfortunately. Will I return after I get my glasses? No unfortunately.
Will not be using ever again!! 14 weeks for a pair of glasses?? Really?? Any other place will have them ready within 2 weeks. NEVER AGAIN!
