Dr Risk and his staff are awesome!!! They were able to get my kids seen same day for an eye issue and the girl at the desk helped get my kids the medicine they needed quickly!
Great styles of eyewear, and very reasonable prices. Jim is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I just got called from one of their employees saying me and my daughter didn’t pick out glasses in January and that we just refused to when in fact we even went back in March and picked out another pair again. Now a month later I get a call saying that this lady did her job and we just refuse to pick out glasses when in fact we picked out twice. We will never go back.
I scheduled an appointment, they called about the cost and insurance. I answered the phone the first time, but because I did not call back they cancelled my appointment for me without letting me know. When I got there at 11am there was no doctor. Service was horrible, the one person working in the office was distasteful and they wasted my time. I guess 4 hours of working is just too much that the doctor had to leave in the middle of the work day. Some rehoming, needs to be done in the Hope Mills eye exam center. The service ... read more
I took my daughter to Dr. Risk and this was our first visit. From being checked in, the Technician an Dr. Risk were absolutely phenomenal! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience for my daughter and myself.
