Rising View is a good place to rent! The neighborhood is very friendly and a great place to raise kids! Their maintenance plan leaves room for improvement. Yes it’s ran by a priority system, and they take care of the emergent issues. However, they could do a better job at timelines of lower to medium priorities and better support for preventative care to encourage us to take care of our properties.
The AC went out at my house , and Scott one of the maintenance technicians. Came out and fixed our AC on a Saturday. It runs great and he was super kind and respectful to my families needs! If you need a specific technician, I would refer Scott !!

Took me a few days to figure out what I wanted to say about this. I lived at Rising View for around 4 years and recently moved out after they decided not to renew my lease while I was month-to-month. I cleaned the home myself before leaving and passed the inspection except for a little calcium buildup on old faucet handles and a couple bare spots in the grass.
