Would not recommended living here, they are filled with black mold and never do anything about, and when you move out they charge an obscene amount . Not worth it
They will charge you for every little thing upon move out. The leasing office is completely worthless. They can barely answering the phone during hours and always having the excuse the internet is out. Doesn't matter if you pay on time for 6 plus years or have no complaints. Houses aren't even that nice, pretty basic for what they charge. You get stuck with horrible neighbors, which the police were constantly over and they pretty much tell you, deal with it.
Rented here years ago. Likes how they try to act like they are still military houseing. Its too bad Airmen get stuck with the crap houses and the crap service. The day I moved in (a friday) both bathroom tubs would flood when the toilets were flushed. Was told to put in a work order and wait. How do you expect someone to shower with sewage in the tub? So was this house even checked like you said? Dont think so. Moved out the next week. ( on monday ) Then you proceeded to take it out on the others who couldnt afford to move b... read more
