We only moved in here a month ago, but the community has been great. Maintenance is always timely and polite and very helpful. Management has been incredible helping us get in and get settled and accommodate my disabilities. I have been very impressed by the community in general, they offer great opportunities to support one another as well as fun events. I look forward to the coming year here. I really hope this becomes out new home for many years to come.
I have lived here for 6 years, so let me tell you about Rising View. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Before I continue, I need to inform you that there are 2 sides of rising view separated by Capeheart road- the one that is run down and I'm assuming older? And the one that appears to be better maintained.. I would say newer but when driving through this side you can see a variety of home styles through the decades (i.e the 60s, 70s and 80s, it's pretty cool) anyway, I'm on the better maintained side and will be reviewing th... read more
