I was a patient of Dr. Pratt's when he was in Portsmouth, NH. His level of care and compassion led me to follow him to Rhode Island and im so glad I did! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Pratt listens and applies whatever is needed for overall health. Grateful his new office is closer, too!
Amazing chiropractic care! I had an unusual vestibular problem that no one could diagnose for more than 7 years. Progressively got worse until it was debilitating and I could do almost nothing. Memory loss, walking drunk, loss of vision in my right eye, vertigo non stop, trouble talking, severe migraines. Was originally told by doctors I would have to live the rest of my life like this. Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Pratt gave me my life back. Cannot thank them enough.

I’ve recently started chiropractic care at Rising Tide after dealing with multiple concussions over many years, two car accidents, and ongoing migraines. Even though I’m just at the beginning of my treatment, I can already feel positive changes in my overall well-being. I’ve only been seeing Dr. Pratt and Dr. Dauphinais for a short time, and I couldn’t be happier with my treatment. They take all of my concerns seriously and are very gentle during adjustments. After just a few sessions using the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic technique, I’ve already seen significant improvement compared to my previous chiropractor. I’m really happy with my progress and would highly recommend them!
