There’s a lot to talk about regarding my experience with Rising Sun Mills, so I can only give highlights. This review is not embellished, and I would definitely say this has been my worst experience renting anywhere. (Oh, beware lots of positive reviews in rapid succession that don't follow the same trend/quality as previous reviews. Excellent! Highly Recommended! The office staff is very friendly. They answered all my questions and then some! The new upgrades they've done to the apartments are absolutely stunning. Management has really made nice improvements to the place.
RecommendedCool neighborhood. Lots of stuff to do right where the building is. A couple restaurants in walking distance. The building doesn't have a weight limit for dogs which is really good. I have a 60 lb lab they accepted, which other big apartment buildings wouldn't take.
