During the time I have known Teresa as a colleague, she has continually impressed me with her clinical knowledge and intentionality in considering how to best approach her clients' challenges and treatment. Would highly recommend--you've found your new therapist.
I cannot thank Teresa enough for what she has done in my life. She gave me the tools & the reassurance that I can get through trauma therapy, especially during one of the most difficult times of the experience. She helped me recognize when I had overcome a stuck point and to recognize all of the other successes I managed to achieve. Going through CPT was the most difficult & best thing I could have ever done for myself, and I am so thankful I had Teresa to guide me through it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Teresa is kind, empathic, and understanding. She does a wonderful job at creating a safe space, emotionally and physically, for her clients. Teresa's therapy background gives her the advantage to help individuals from many different struggles and situations. She is a fantastic therapist. I highly recommend her!
