My daughter suffers with anxiety so Fairbanks family dental sent over a referral to rising stars. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and the dental hygienist was very friendly and didn't try to push my daughter out of her comfort zone. But Dr. Johnson was rude, unprofessional and made both my daughter and I uncomfortable. My son hates going to the dentist because of a prior traumatic experience at a different dental office. Dr. Johnson at Rising Stars has been so patient with my son. The staff that work with him are all wonderful. The front desk ladies made a point to chat with my son about his stuffed animal monkey and koala and found matching stickers that they gave to him at his dental surgery appt a month later. They really go above and beyond to make the dental experience a positive one.
Love this place. They are so patient with my daughter!!
