Beyond disappointed, this is exactly why I don’t do counseling as every time it’s felt like a scam. They don’t truly care about you, only your money. I had one session, which was an evaluation… $230 down the drain. They charged me an extra $75 for “missing a session” but never once told me about this session. Not a simple call or a text reminder, which they normally do. All they care about is your money. They want your card on file and hope you don’t see the charges. Don’t go here.
I just want to say how incredibly thankful I am for Melissa and everything she has done for my daughter. She has been going through an extremely difficult time, and as a parent, feeling like I couldn’t fix it or take away her pain has been such a helpless feeling. My daughter and I used to be so close, and while things have changed, I am so grateful that Melissa has been someone my daughter can trust and open up to.
