Beatrice and her home health aide agency has been a bright spot in the most difficult time in my parent’s lives. Each person has been compassionate, caring, respectful and responsive to my parents needs. Beatrice is always available to help navigate and understand the needs of my parents. I highly recommend Rising Above and Beyond Home Care!!!

I have been using Rising Above and Beyond Home Care for my Mom. I must first say that Beatrice, the owner, is so nice, accommodating, and professional. She was also able to find an aide for my Mom pretty fast and even a fill in on short notice. She checks in to see how everything is going. My moms main aide Nadine is the best. We all hit it off right away and she's a great fit for us. Always on time, she's great with my Mom. We love her and she is caring, warm and professional. I am writing this review because it’s very hard to find a great home health aid. To start Beatrice was extremely nice to talk to and made me feel reassured about the aid that will be helping my mom The aid she sent me was Adriana, she was wonderful. My mom couldn’t say enough about how caring and wonderful she was. She also said she was great company and so nice to talk to, she was treated like family. I will definitely be using this service again.

Rising Above & Beyond Home Care is the perfect name! The caretakers are unbelievable. They are kind and caring like no others I've ever come across. I knew my mother was in good hands when I met the owner Bea. She is a personable, warm hearted woman who puts her heart and soul into her business. Bea treats everyone like they are her family and she only hires people like herself. I am very grateful that I met Bea! I highly recommend Rising Above & Beyond Home Care.
