OrthoVirginia is a fantastic ortho. They have multiple doctors for multiple issues. Most recently I went to see Dr. Gogineni for my knee and he is such a calming presence and makes me feel confident in his diagnosis. He also recently did knee surgery for my 79 year old mother and it went better than I could have imagined. The PT side is also amazing and right there in the Ashburn office.

I am delighted to write this complimentary note. I have had repeat Hyaluronic acid injections by Dr. Hrishikesh Gogineni for my osteoarthritis in both knees. The injections were well tolerated. I find him competent, experienced and very knowledgeable in his area of practice. It is a pleasure to have him my orthopedic surgeon. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. Dr. Gogineni is kind professional, and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain in details what needed to be done regarding my hip He has a way of putting his patience at ease.
