I’m sad to say that I have to change my dentist as of today. I called the office to give them my new insurance information. I asked a few questions and they were not helpful they were very rude and disconnected my call. I have been going to Dr. Merchant for years and will not be returning. I hope that Dr. Merchant sees this review because I was not allowed to express to him on how the assistant supervisor and receptionist were.
