I visited the clinic for a simple check up but did not fast before the blood work exam. Kopel was rude and condescending the entire visit as she explained how the blood work was inaccurate date and if I even knew what inaccurate data was. Furthermore when I asked about my blood type her response was to blow the question off entirely claiming that there were "fad diets" related to blood type. To date this was the worst experience I’ve had with an MD so far. I strongly encourage everyone thinking of using this doctor to look elsewhere. I was dealing with feeling lightheaded and weak when I decided to visit a clinic where this doctor works. I was a new patient and was expecting lots of question about me and my health history from the doctor. Dr. Risha Kopel walked in without introducing herself and asking for my name. Rushes you through the door as quickly as possible, clearly does not care. Manages to be extremely rude as well. Don't dare ask any questions.

If you don't mind waiting 45-60 minutes EVERY time you visit , then this is the doctor for you.

Came down with a nasty sinus infection, needed to see a doctor right away. Long story short, I called several doctors and was told first available appointment would be a week later. Dr. Kopel's staff scheduled an appointment for me ON THE SAME DAY. Dr. Kopel impressed me as caring, professional, smart, gave me what I needed. A very good experience.
