We highly recommend Jay Rish and his entire real estate team! Nicole and I cannot say enough about how great they were to work with on our July 2025 purchase. They made an out of state purchase very easy. His communication was clear, helpful, and he was very quick to respond. Also, it always felt like he was in our corner throughout the entire process. They came up with creative solutions to any and all issues that arose. They were never pushy and always listened. We plan to continue to use them in the future!
Natalie Allen is WONDERFUL!! My husband and I just purchased our very first home and we could not have done it without her help! She went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend her enough! She even gifted us with tons of Christmas lights and hired someone to hang them for us the day we moved in, because it was so close to Christmas! It was the most thoughtful gift! She is the BEST!
Jay's experience and knowledge in the area was a massive help to us. I started working with Jay to find the right property a few years ago and he stuck with me the whole way to finally land on the house that worked best for us. Great guy and his team (Meagan) were extremely responsive and helpful.

Not interested in listing my home because three other relatives have failed to do so starting at 2:15 comp value down to 109 does anybody know what they're even doing? LOL no wonder they don't want it I don't blame them I'll sell it for sale by owner and I'll get 129 for it and not have to pay a waste of commission for very little homework
