Grant made our experience buying a home In PSJ/ windmark beach seamless! I reached out online initially and he called me within an hour to introduce himself and find out how he could help us find our first beach house. He communicates well throughout the whole process and you can tell he loves what he does. Simply put he’s a good human that is easy to do business with. Call Rish, ask for Grant, and you won’t be disappointed.
We have worked with Tippy on three different deals now. One sale and two purchases. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is always up front and honest. I would highly recommend her I’ve worked with many agents over the years and she is by far the best one I have ever worked with!! Thanks Tippy Matt and Deb
My agent is Tippi Heiden and she was great as an agent! She kept in touch with me daily and kept everything moving smoothly. She is a delight to work with! We had one of the quickest VA closing ever!
Very professional group of realtors, especially Tippi Zur Heiden. If it wasn't for Tippi we would have never gotten our perfect beach bungalow. She put in the time and effort and always was very patient with us, even when we wanted to do a 5th walk through, just in case we missed something. 😅
We highly recommend Jay Rish and his entire real estate team! Nicole and I cannot say enough about how great they were to work with on our July 2025 purchase. They made an out of state purchase very easy. His communication was clear, helpful, and he was very quick to respond. Also, it always felt like he was in our corner throughout the entire process. They came up with creative solutions to any and all issues that arose. They were never pushy and always listened. We plan to continue to use them in the future!
