They have a really poor onboarding process. I waited weeks for my background check and no one ever follows up. I don't know if I am employed or not. The girl at the front desk has the personality of a dead duck. She wants me to come there every time I have a question. At least they could apologize.
Terrible company. caring home health nurses.. Doesn't notify you if worker can't come. Don't use UPDATE: This co.called me and begged me to take this review down. Didn't care when had to go to hospital due to them
Awesome place to go. The aides were all nice and understanding always smiling and made us feel at home. We were always updated and we had no worries because we knew we were in a good place. I highly recommend risesun care they didn’t disappoint.
I love the way the staff's are so committed, you guys are doing great.
Risesun care was amazing. The caregivers were kind, attentive and cared very deeply for their patients. I’m so grateful for their support and would highly recommend if you need quality home health care in Texas.
