#1. I kept getting notices from Ford about a safety recall on the windshield to my van needing to be fixed so that it wouldn't fly out if I got into an accident. Riser kept telling me it didn't need to be fixed, that it was fine. August 2018 we bought a New Escape with Extended Warranty, had a Great Salesma, we financed with paid half down & paid off 2 weeks later. At 10,001 miles vehicle started making noise, took it in several times over the past several years due to noise, peeling headlights, broken seat and Service department blew me off. Last year took back in for Service, told Advisor the noise had gotten worse. John R******* treated me with such disrespect on this dealership on 10/21/22! They have not only sold me an over priced ford expedition that is having several issues but have now given me a “loaner” that almost left me stranded 7 miles from the dealership! John R******* lied to me on several accounts within just a five minute time span, raised his voice at me several times treated me with such disrespect!!
