This was my second service visit and I was again very satisfied. The staff and technicians were friendly especially Pam. She provided helpful information about the Ford Pass app. I'll be back.
Riser Ford service department are very friendly and caring people. I would consider Aaron a friend he is very personable. The only problem I have is with the warranty on my expedition and the problems I’ve been having. We purchased it in October 2024 and it’s been in the shop for Transmission which was covered but they had our vehicle for 2 months and gave us a rental that they didn’t have too but the heater hoses which was not covered they wanted $920 to fix it.
