My Arkansas Family and Friends…Please “DO NOT” purchase a vehicle from Riser Dodge!!! Hot Springs had a real bad hail storm in 2022, this is December 2023, and they tried to sell me a hail damaged 2022 Ram Black Widow “I seen the damage when they pulled it up for me to test drive and the window sticker had been torn off” … They said they have ordered a new hood (2 years later ?????). They are asking for $91,000.00 - I pulled everything up on this truck and the sticker amount on line is…$65,840.00 with no mention of hail dama... read more

I bought a 2017 Ram Truck with 72000+ miles on it come to find out after trying to trade it in at another dealership the PCM /Computer showed it had 95000+ miles on it not matching what was on my odometer at that time which was 79000 miles at the time of trying to trade it in,,,,Went back to Riser Dodge where I purchased the truck to begin with and they said well heck we will just change the PCM/Computer on the truck to match miles on the odometer to fix the problem and that is exactely what they did ....Messing with the odo... read more

They use after market parts! Absolutely horrible experience with Riser Dodge service and their horrible Service Manager Josh. We took our Dodge Pro-Master in for an oil change and they recommended that we replace the front passenger side axle, as it began leaking oil. We agreed. What they didn’t tell us is that they were using a part they ordered from O’Reilly’s!?!? We specifically take our Dodge to a dealer for service because we believed they are required to use Mopar parts, therefore, they have a warranty if anything goes... read more

Poor customer service from start to finish. I made an appointment to service my car and to have recall issued fixed. Advisor Tristian had no idea why I was there, even though I completed the online check in. He then told me no one could look into why my car was having acceleration issues. I was told they could only complete my oil change because they were short staffed and they would order the parts related to my recall issues. My oil change took well over an hour. I took my 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 to Riser Dodge in Hot Springs, Arkansas for repairs. My truck was under warranty. It sat at their dealerships for 35 days because the dealership didn't have time to repair it. They told me all the parts were in but did not know when they could get to it. I called Dodge Corporate to see if I could take it to another dealership and they said yes. Dodge Corporate contacted Riser Dodge and asked them to put the repair parts in the back of my truck. My wife and have been a faithful customer of this dealership for many years prior to Riser buying it. We are older and do not have a great deal of money. Recently a light came on on the dash. Because they wanted to charge us so much mone we took it to a local mechanic to ensure the repair was made for a much more reasonable price. He was unable to clear the code on the dash. Riser Ford will not clear the code (2 minutes work) without charging us. We will Never support this dealership again and will encourage everyone we know... read more
