When I moved to Florida, I left behind a very special home gym community in Virginia that I had been a part of for 5 years. This is the real judgement free zone! My family and I started going to RSCF about 3 months ago after having been pretty sedentary for the past decade. I used to come home from work too tired to play with the kids and with barely enough energy to make it through the bed time routine. And strength? I didn’t know her. If you want to find a home gym that makes you feel welcome and like family then this is the place to be. Flexible gym hours, large space, excellent programming, and classes for kids and teens included. The owners and coaches are amazing and have created an environment, safe for fitness to be achieved at all levels.
