Absolutely horrible home health care agency. They are not alone. These agencies have no oversight. Complaining to the State does absolutely nothing to help. The problem is that all these agencies have a cookie-cutter approach, meaning, they send any aide that is available instead of trying to match an aide with the client's personality and needs.
