I have been coming to Rise Up for over a decade and still love their drinks and food. However, the new setup with the outdoor cubes and drive through has made things unnecessarily difficult when it comes to ordering. The lines get way too long and the staff can’t handle it - no one wants to sit in their car waiting 20 minutes to order their drinks. Not to mention that ordering food to eat in has become far too confusing through their site.
They kept the water glasses full.
The portions were generous, and I felt I got excellent value for my money.
Service was polite and attentive.
