I got an iced white mocha & caramel latte from the drive through (the drink I always get), and it was absolutely disgusting. Something was definitely wrong with it, or they made the wrong drink. We went back to the walk up window and told them about it. They took it back and made me a “new” drink. It tasted the same, only now it had caramel. The girl that remade it was very nice, so it’s hard to imagine she didn’t make a new drink, but it sure tasted that way.
Excellent spot. Good clean area with kind and fast service. There's an obvious reason why this brand is doing so well in this area. The coffee was wonderful aswell, they took care to actually foam my oatmeal properly. Id love to see places like this back home.
We live local and frequently visit Rise Up and buy their coffee beans for home. We visited one morning, breakfast for the family. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked the breakfast staff if our order was in line to be told “Sorry, we don’t have your order, no ticket. “ They were busy, but unacceptable. The staff at the drink location did apologize and refunded the food. After 45 minutes we left with two very upset kids that didn’t get their breakfast. Wonderful coffee and breakfast burrito was a surprisingly satisfying treat. Unfortunately the young woman taking the order was remarkably unpleasant in the few minutes she had to deal with me, the customer. Need to train better to improve the experience for both server and customer.
At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, you will not find a better breakfast burrito… Anywhere. Total perfection.
