Owner Ricardo quoted me one price on the phone. Arrived extremely late. Left tire marks and mud piles all over my yard. Damaged siding of home and also damaged wires with bucket truck. Owner Ricardo takes no responsibility and to date I’m in court with Rise Tree Service. STAY FAR AWAY.

Horrible Horrible and Horrible. Spoke with owner Ricardo. Quoted me one price over the phone and quoted a higher price when he arrived late to my property. Was not equipped to do the job. He then called help who then arrived an hour and a half later. Cut half my tree down and his equipment broke down. Left my yard in a total and complete mess and had the nerve to demand all his money. Worst experience ever. Do not use this company

Stay away from this business. I entrusted owner Ricardo Grant and his workers, with a few of my properties that i was setting up for air B and B's. I needed tree removal, tree planting and tree stump grinding. It was an absolute nightmare and total chaos. Owner Ricardo Grant and workers were always late arriving. Owner and workers continuously were smoking marijuana while working on the job. They left my properties in total dis array every time they worked. Owner and workers stole pipes and new materials from my properties. ... read more

Called Rise Tree Service. It took them about 2 weeks to get back to me after leaving repeated voicemails. When they got back to me Owner Ricardo gave me an estimate and a date to do service. Owner Ricardo showed up with one gentleman to work and was hours late. When I questioned him about being so late that’s when he became verbally abusive, swearing profanities, and was very loud and aggressive. Owner Ricardo and his worker attempted to cut down 2 trees that were a part of the job. They did not have the proper equipment and... read more
