I recently discovered that I like this place. Thanks to another employee he suggested a drink I fell in love with. However, whatever female works as the barista on a Thursday at 9:15am.. I hate to say it but she is a terrible barista. She cant get my drinks right for nothing. Ive had it made by her 3 times and never has is been correct. I leave unsatisfied. I think she needs to be the cashier or something...she is wasting my $. Every other person has made perfectly

i’ve been to this location three separate times and each time staff doesn’t say hi, how are you, what can i get for you, no type of interaction or greeting. they just stare at you until you order. i don’t know who trained these people but it’s not cool to make customers feel unwelcome.

Coffee had way too much sugar, it was my first time and the employee was not interested in helping me make a decision and wasn’t open to questions. My bagel sandwich had a hair in it. Kinda ruined it for me, but atmosphere is so great which is why I didn’t rate totally low.
