I spent over two weeks trying to simply set up an appointment. This company returned none of my calls, and I had to follow up for an update multiple times via text with their bookkeeper. When I was finally connected with a counselor they rescheduled the appointment a total of three times. They then canceled via text less than 12 hours before the appointment at 10pm. Overall very dissatisfied with this unprofessional treatment to new patients, do not recommend.
