My fiancé and I lived here for 3 years and things became progressively worse. The front lobby has flooded (through the lights which is in incredibly dangerous) twice since November. The hot water is shut off regularly and unpredictably, and as it is the boiler system that means the heat goes out too. There have only 2 working sets of washer/dryers in the ENTIRE 7 floor building since November. The management office is wonderful, until you decide move out. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨DON’T DO IT🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Lived here since 11/2016. Literally EVERY SINGLE good review is from current or previous employees, or friends-of. From untempered glass which is ILLEGAL in Denver which I personally fell through just from putting my hand on the glass door with barely any pressure (and neighbors dog also fell through theirs from bumping into it) to DAYS at a time with NO HEAT OR HOT WATER— in some instances, no water for 8+ hours with no email updates or ability to call and actually reach someone (leave a mess... read more
The rent is too high for what you get. The outdoor pool has been closed all summer. For the past month it has even had water slowly evaporating away but remains closed after failing a city of Denver inspection. Mice infiltrate the edge all winter. Cockroaches live in the Vue all seasons. Water gets turned off at the edge for the whole building on average about 2 times a week for over two hours at a time due to emergencies. Ive had a serious maintenance ticket in for almost a month, its a sparking light, and fire hazard. Been 17 days and still not fixed. Place multiple tickets and told them in person several times. There seems to be no manager oversight. 🤮
