As a competitive CrossFit athlete dropping in when I’m in town, I am thrilled to have access to the majority of the equipment I need for my training! I was surprised at the amount of the more irregular gym equipment that they have (in the best way) such as parallettes, a proper rig, Olympic lifting section, rings, a climbing rope and chalk! The staff is kind, and it’s very easy to get set up. I love having 24/7 access so I can easily come in whenever is convenient and get my training done.

I used to go to this gym at their old location, and when I was back in town I decided to check out their new space. The front desk staff were amazing. They helped me get set up with their new app and made signing up really easy. The gym itself is clean, spacious, and has a much wider variety of equipment than the old location. My only issue was with one of the personal trainers. Without a doubt the best gym in the city. Circuit workouts? Yes. Spin? Yes. Powerlifting? Yes. 24 hrs? Yes. Wide variety of equipment? Yes.

Many womans walk inside mans change room. It is against my religion to womens see me if i am not wearing shirt. This is not important for gym owners. No cultural and religious respect. Obviously mens cannot walk inside womens restroom and we respect. This is really bad.
