Leaking shower, down to ceiling in my townhouse. Under warranty until now not fix yet fix. We been chasing 2 months already!!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Rise Projects and while initially they were very pleasant it soon became clear that there is a dark side to their negotiation strategies. In the past 30 years buying and selling real estate I've never experienced such aggressive and ruthless practices. My wife and I have had the pleasure of recently purchasing factory units built by RISE. On first view we were extremely happy with the finish of the units. While fitting out the units, all of our trades commented on how great they looked and how well they were finished off. All our verbal and written dealings with RISE were great.
