Good luck getting in if you’re a new patient. I made an appointment well over a month in advance which isn’t uncommon for new patients. 5 days before my appointment they call and tell me the doctor won’t be in that day and the next day they can schedule me is well over a month from my original appointment date. Only good thing I have to say about it is the woman I spoke with on the phone was nice.
Doctor and staff are very friendly. Visits proceed smoothly and promptly without feeling hurried.
Dr. Martin is excellent, and our experiences with her have always been outstanding. Unfortunately, my call today left me concerned—not about her care, but about what appears to be new front‑office staffing. My son sees Dr. Martin, and I called to schedule an appointment for myself.
