I lived at Rise on Chauncey for three years and unfortunately cannot recommend it. From move-in, the apartment was not provided in clean condition. Throughout my time there, management was often difficult to reach, and there were multiple occasions when staff were not present during posted office hours. I lived at Rise on Chauncey for two years. The leasing and maintenance staff are kind and hardworking, and property manager Brittany and maintenance manager Erik both genuinely do their best. But there’s an overall lack of professionalism in management. Emails often go unanswered, and staff can be overheard gossiping about residents right in the leasing office in front of others.
