Hands down, the best decision I've made in terms of training at Rise Nation. VERY nice team that makes me want to train. I always look forward to stepping through the doors and leaving feeling fantastic.
Bought a 3 day class and let me tell you this class was amazing! I usually do rowing M-Th and weightlifting 3x a week and this was a hard class for me. Exactly what I need to take my workout to the next level.
Such a great work out. Best part is you can start slow. Work your own pace. You are the only one that sees how fast or slow you are going. I missed a few months. So it was nice to be able to get back into it slowly
