The caregivers are wonderful but I want to give a shoutout to the people behind the scenes. Scheduling changes, questions about coverage, paperwork - every single time I reached out the office handled it without making me feel like a burden. You don’t realize how rare that is until you’ve dealt with agencies that don’t operate that way.

I called Rise for the first time not even sure if they could help us. The woman I spoke with stayed on the phone with me, walked me through our options, and didn’t rush me once. I hadn’t even signed anything yet and they were already treating us like family.

My grandmother refused home care for two years. Flat out refused. We finally got her to try Rise and after the first month she told me “don’t you dare cancel it.” That’s the whole review right there. What helped us get there was how patient the Rise team was during intake - no pressure, no confusing paperwork, they took care of everything on their end. It felt like talking to a neighbor, not a corporation.
